What you’ll do
Working in Beijing as a development manager, you’ll lead a team of designer and developers and work with us closely on Jiepang and potentially out secret arsenal new products.
You will be responsible for the product development schedule and constantly finding new ways to improve existing process. You will survey, suggest and advice the team on technical hurdles, sometimes even get your hands dirty. That means be able to fight with the team in trenches, not in a base.
We are serious about product quality, so you will take customer experience and satisfactions as your first priority. We are willing to invest in processes that are effective in improving product overall quality.

Who we are looking for
Essential:

* 3+ years hands on experience in software development
* 3+ years solid experience as a software engineer in product/project
* Project management experience
